What Does This Renal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, I had a renal ultrasound and it showed mild dilatation of the R renal pelvis --I have seen two urologists about it and one says we need to do Botox to allow things to flow because this indicates hydronephrosis and the other urologist says it s not hydronephrosis and we will monitor it by checking again in a year!! Obviously, I do not want to worry about it, but these two doctors are so far from each other (regarding opinions) I don t know which one to believe?!?!? Apparently there is no sign of obstruction except tortuous ureters . I had a urodynamics study done and it showed no reflux but maybe urodynamics wouldn t show that? I am so confused.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hydronephrosis being detected then it must be some obstruction there in my opinion it is better to get done the MRI test and clinical condition need to be correlated with this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
