What Does This Report Mean?

NAMASKAR DOCTOR , MY MOTHER AGED ABOUT 65 YEARS. FROM LAST 20 YEARS HAIVING SUGAR AND B.P . HER LATEST KFT AND URINE ROUTINE REPORT CREATINE 2.7,POTASSIUM 4.5,SODIUM 119,UREA 70.8MG,HAEMOGOBIN 8.7,TSH 9.0,AND PUS CELLS PLENTY, SHE HAD NAUSIA FROM LAST 4 DAYS AND LITTLE BIT HEADHECHE .

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
I am very sorry about condition of mom.
let me explain you the reports as you requested
1.serum creatinine and blood urea is elevated---kidney function is reduced.
2.potassium is normal and sodium is decreased
3.haemoglobin is low may be due to kidney problem and thyroid problem.
4.tsh is increased looks like like hypothyroidism but need thyroid profile to comment on this diagnosis.
5.urinary tract infection is there which should be treated immediatly to prevent further kidney damage.
pls write back to me for further clarification.
