What Does This Result From HVS Indicate?

I am pregnant, 28 weeks and 8 have had results from a high vaginal swab. It says moderate pus cells were discovered and that n. gonorrhoeae NOT isolated. What do these 2 results mean? I have just been asked to file the results in my maternity notes and no explanation offered. Thanks for the help.
