What Does This Result From MRI Indicate?

10 yrs ago i was told i have sciatica but it would only flare up once or twice a year! now i have had it for the past 6 months,electric kolts from my left butt down my leg and now my head feels too heavy for my neck! had mri the other day and it says chronic degenerative changes,disc desiccation at all levels ,left sided foraminal narrowing,mild facet arthropathy at 4-5 and 5-1,generalized left sided convex scoliosis. will they be able to stop some of this pain????
