What Does This Result From X-ray Report Indicate?

My x-ray report cardiac size is normal.No obvious active parenchymal lesion seen.Both hila are normal.Trachea seen in mid-line.Blunted right costo-phrenic angle-Right side pleural effusion,Visual bony thorax appears normal.please tell me about my report
