What Does This Result From Home Pregnancy Test Indicate?

I did a pregnancy test moments ago, after missing the pill for a few days, and not taking it at the same time. The pregnancy test (boots) came up almost instantly with a line in the test box, but then two minutes later it had disappeared? Am I pregnant?

If there are two dark lines in test box. You are pregnant. A single line is for comparison and may go after some time.
