hi.I am Balaji,28yrs old,indian, had reeling sensation 4 days back for which tab vertin 8mg bd prescribed.At that time I had B.P 160/100 mm of Hg.Now my BP was controlled and lipid profile is HDL-29,LDL-97,TOTAL CHOLESTROL-170,VLDL-44,TRIGLYCERIDE-222.I feeling tensed since 2 days and yesterday night i had no sleep,please suggest me further action?

Hello, welcome to health care magic. .
Your lipid profile is normal just your HDL levels are a bit low.
If you smoke then avoid it.
Avoid deep fried food .
Exercise daily for atleast 30 min a day other than your regular activities.
