General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the marriage is not going to alter your sperm production or counts, motility issues at any cost. It is the defect in testicular function via hormone alteration, micro tubular disarray or others which are responsible for lowering motility of the sperms.

Kindly provide your doctor details of your hormone analysis, testicular biopsy reports for further prognosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
