What Does This Result From Transvaginal And Pelvic Test Indicate?

I had a pelvic and transvaginal exam done and first they found a 1.8 x 0.8cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary and on the left no fluid in the cul de sac. Next was a echogenic structure displacing the endometrial canal which may represent an intramural fibroid such as lipoleiomyoma. I m 23 years old. And had one miscarriage last year. No ovarian cancer runs in my family. So what can my treatments be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear ovarian cyst or fibroid are not cancer conditions and are treatable.
For ovarian cyst you may need to loose your weight and some medication like glycomat could help this condition. For fibroid option could be either surgery or getting pregnant can also help subside this condition.I would suggest you to get checked by gynaecologist and follow accordingly as both conditions are treatable.
Regards.
