What Does This Result Of Follicular Study Indicate?

I had taken a follicular study. My result shows: my right ovary measures 34*18*16 mms, my left ovary measures 34*26*18 mms. There is no free fluid in cul-de-sac. Bladder appears normal. The fol in my right ovary shows as MSF. The fol in left ovary shows 13*11 mms. Both ovaries show multiple peripherally placed follicles with increased central echogenic stroma.
What does this mean? Pls help
