Hello and welcome to HCM,
The imaging result of all sinuses is as follows:
The frontal sinuses which are present in the forehead region are clear.
All other sinuses- ethmoids (anterior and posterior), maxillary sinuses and sphenoid sinus show opacification.
Under normal conditions, the sinuses should be clear.
Opacification suggests presence of infection and inflammation.
Thickening of mucosa indicates a chronic inflammation.
In addition there is deviation of nasal septum or the partition between two nasal cavities.
These findings are suggestive of chronic sinusitis and the deviated nasal septum needs to be corrected surgically.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
