What Does This Scan During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

I should currently be exactly 8 weeks pregnant today (Based on my LMP). I had a scan done yesterday due to cramps and pink discharge. Scan shows a Heart beat of 141 and the baby is measured to be 6 weeks 5 days. I am concerned and confused. I always keep track of my cycles.

Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests 1.2 weeks deviation in fetal maturity calculated with your LMP. Slight error in measurement(may be due to fetal position etc) may cause this much deviation.
This much deviation is acceptable.More important to seen other antenatal findings like fetal pole, heart rate, any retroplacental clot etc.
If other findings are normal then there is nothing to be worried about.
However you need follow up ultrasound.

Take Care
