What Does This Scan During Last Trimester Indicate?

Hello I m 31 weeks pregnant .My yesterday s scan shows the placenta is anterior more on left side shows advanced maturity grade lll. The liquor is reduced (AFI-9cm)with FHR 154pm. My Dr.said there is blood clotting is it a serious problem I m prescribed hep 25 injection to thicken blood.

This is still not concerning but more closely pregnancy monitoring should be started with frequent ultrasound follow ups and medication intake. Clots in placenta may be very serious but most pregnancies ends well.
