What Does This Scan Report For Urine Infection Indicate?

Dear sir,i was sufferring with urine infection and after using fronem injection course this was controlled and as per scanning report prostae measured 39x42x46 volume 40 cc,no evidence of free fluid in the peritonel cavity ,impression Grade-11 prostatomegaly ,30 cc of post void residue and i am 67 yrs.please advice

Hi. It means you have prostate enlargement. Compare your previous scan if the size has decreased. Follow up with your urologist. How is your urination? Is it better or not? Observe your nightly visits to the bathroom if it has decreased also. Report all of this to your urologist so as to know if yhere has been improvement
