What Does This Scan Report Indicate?

hello doctor actually my gf have done video x-ray and it says that -slightly bulky ovary with 17mm ovarian cyst. Mild to Moderate free fluid in the pelvis. Endometrial thickness 14mm. She's scared to consult to the doctor as she thinks she's pregnant. please can explain me the above report of video x-ray. Thanks
