What Does This Scan Report Of Bone Indicate?

this is what is written in my bone scan report can you explain do i have HPOA or could it be somthing else with similar symptoms (the overall increase in perl-ostea( uptake of tracer in the lower limbs is suggestive of hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy (HPOA).
