What Does This Scan Report Of Uterus Indicate?

Hello Doctor, This is Tamanna. I had severe stomach pain at the sides of my abdomen last month. When I consulted a general physician, she asked me to go for a scan. I didn't get my mensus at that time. Also, I had intercourse with my boyfriend. The scan report said there is "Thickened Endometrium with minimal fluid collection". Please tell me if this was a symptom for pregnancy.
