What Does This Scan Result For Abdominal Pain And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

Hello dr, i had retaining product of conception in january tru ultra sound and. I did evacuation twice and d last evacuation bleed for like 10days and its later stop.theen i surpose. To see my menstration on 14th of march. And it came but not. Flowing untill after ther third day its. Started flowing heavily with cloted blood till last week teusday and i did many scan they said it was ok. So dis week wednesday the blood sarted again with abdminal pain and i went to. Scan again but dey wrote simple ovarian cyst, fluid pod , pid and hormonal inbalance. Those are thing. They suggested.thanks

Thanks for consulting me at my virtual clinic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
In my expert opinion what happened is, your 2nd Dilatation and Curettage (evacuation) gone complicated. The surgeon scratched uterus so much that caused some problem with the uterus wall. There is a pouch( space ) between rectum and posterior wall of uterus. This is called POD ( Pouch of Douglas). When there is inflammation inside peritoneal cavity, POD fills with fluid of inflammation. Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID) is a disease of the women pelvic area.
Consult a Gynaecologist for the treatment of PID and ask her to examine the uterine walls and ovarian texture by an ultrasound.
