What Does This Scan Result For Spondylolysis Indicate?

I am Mr P A Patil, age 72 Dharwad, Karnataka, India. As per the doctors impression, I have :1. Spondylolysis at L5-S1 level with Grade I Anterior Listesis.2. Diffuse Disc Bulge with Left Para Central Disc Protrusion at 3-4 Level indenting anterior thecal sac narrowinh neural foramina compressing exiting nerve root.3. Diffuse posterior disc bulge at L4-L5 level indenting anterior Aubarachndoid space and narrowing bilateral inferior neural foramina.4. DiscOsteophyte Complex at C4-5 causing indentation on the thecal sac mild narrowing of left neural foramen with compression of exiting nerve roots.5. DiscOsteophyte Complex at C5-6 causing indentation on the thecal sac mild narrowing of left neural foramen with compression of exiting nerve roots.6. Posterior Disc Bulge at C6-7 level with indenataion of Thecal Sac seen. Neural foramina appear normal.Please suggest for treatment, medicines, physiotherapy exercises with procedures and photos. Advise for change of habit and life style..
