What Does This Semen Analysis Finding Indicate?

My seman analysis is Abstinence 3 days Appears pearly white Self liquification within 30 mts Vol 1.5ml. pH 7.8 alkaline Sperm count 1.5mill/cu.cm Motility 10% active,05%sluggish, non motile 85% Morphology 20% normal 80% abnormal Epithelial cell nil, RBC nill, pus 3-5/hpf Please advice

Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic.
-The number of active cells as a percentage of the total number of cells (rated from 0-100%, at least 50% should be active)
-40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter.
-2. 5 milliliters is a normal volume.
-At least 30% of cells should be of normal shape.
so overall your report is below normal range.
generally gynecologist give some mineral tablets but results are very uncertain.you can try IUI or test tube baby.
