What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

I noticed that after sex my semen always watery in few seconds which make my wife to concieve. I went for test with masturbation production. Time of examined -20 minutes Days of abstinence-5days Volume-3.5mls Count-25million Viscosity-low Morphorology. Normal-50% Abnormal-50% Motility. Sluggish-10% Immotile -30% Culture - yeilded moderate growth of staphylococcus spp after 48hrs of incubation. Please what could have cursed my wife delay ? Is it staph ? And what are the way out ?p

Hi,

Apart from the organism isolated, other parameters are reasonably fair. I am not sure whether it is a contaminant (usually semen gets infected with gram negative bugs while staphylococcus is a gram positive one). Anyhow it would be better to treat with an antibiotic, which your doctor will give. To see whether this will help to conceive also, we have to wait and see.
