General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Noted the report posted by you regarding semen analysis.
Semen volume is normal. Colour, pH and liquification time is normal.
But the sperm count, morphology and motility is not possible as there are no dead or live sperms seen.
Such a condition is called 'Azoospermia'.
Azoospermia is the medical condition of a man not having any measurable level of sperm in his semen.
It is associated with very low levels of fertility or even sterility.
But many a times there is response to medical treatment.
Kindly consult Andrologist for proper management of the condition.
Wish you all the best.
