Hi Sir,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.
From the description you made to your semen analysis
The amount (≥2.5 ml), the color creamy white the liquefaction time and the
total sperm count are at their normal range. The morphology also is at the normal range.
The problem appears at the motility after one hour that it seems decreasing after one hour with 50% of non motile sperms.
With Parasites agglutination +1 the meaning is unclear ,but in my opinion is for the
Trichomonas vaginalis that is frequently asymptomatic for male or symptomatic (like a mild form of
dysuria or scant urethral discharge). It is a sexual transmitted infection caused by a flagellated protozoan that influence at the progressive motility of sperms. It is a cured infection using
Metronidazole medication, but I recommend you to determine these before using that with an accurate analysis from your doctor.
Hope I help with your problem. Feel free to ask again.
Take care,
Dr.Marsida JANKO
