Dear Doctor, My Semen analysis report is given below Volume-1.0ml Reaction-Alkaline Ph-8.5 Liquefaction time-30minutes Viscosity-Normal Total sperm count-13million/ml Active motile-40% Sluggish motile--20% Non motile--40% Pus cell -20-30 RBCs--3-4/hpf I consulted doctor today and prescribed Ferpil M 1-0-1 *2months Microdox LBX 1-0-1*2weeks Advise me about this semen analysis and prescription

The semen analysis report is suggestive of oligozoospermia (sperm count less than 15 million/ml) with infection. Ferpill-M is a nutritional supplement used to increase the sperm count and motility and microdox-LBX is an antibiotic prescribed to treat the infection. Continue taking the medications as prescribed.
