Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM,
Based on the semen analysis report you have posted, the following things can be inferred:
1. Appearnace, Viscosity and Liquifaction has been stated is normal.
2. pH is stated as 8, which is alkaline and is normal.
3. Volume has not been stated clearly.
4. Sperm count appears to be normal.
5. Vitality of 80% is good and total motility of 70% is normal.
6. Progressive motility of 55% is quite alright.
7. Sperm morphology of normal forms with 60% is alright.
8. Nil epithelial cells seems to indicate that there is no infection.
Hence, based on the above findings, the fertility index seems to be moderate to high.
