What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi there I m 31 years old and having done semen analysis this morning. It showed non progressive motility of 5 percent with immobility of 80 percent and 0 percent on progressive motility and also presence of semen agglutination. Will the semen agglutination actually giving a false negative on the immobility and I tried empirical antibiotic hopefully to tackle any infection if there is. May I ask any other way that I can go with it thx

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think there is a large percentage of immobility and a small percentage of mobility. I think you should not use antibiotics without a sperm culture or uroculture.
You may need to repeat the spermogram.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
