General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The sperm count test is indicating that your spermatozoa are a bit lazy, non-motile. They should be between 60 and 80% for normal activities.

The total count is ok. There is evidence of infection. Should treat it adequately. Recommend to run sperm culture and sensitivity testing to determine the most sensitive antibiotic to use.

Discuss this further with your caring doctor as you need a prescription. At the end of the treatment should run spermograme again to check for changes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
