What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hello doctor my husband tested today semen analysis his reports are total sperm count 72million/ml motility 60% progressive 50% non progressive 10% immobility 40%. And the volume is 2 ml PH is 8. Viscosity is liquid. Morphology is pus cells are plenty/HPF. RBC nil. Comments are Normozoospermia so I m worrying abt infection and my pregnant could you help my answer

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis.
Total sperm count (60-200 millions) -- 72 (normal)
Total motility (>40%) -- 90 (normal)
Volume (2-6 mL) -- 2 (normal)
Pus cell (up to 5/hpf) -- plenty may be due to infection

Your semen parameter is normal except pus cell. Do not worry and pregnancy is possible. Just go for semen culture, urine report, and USG pelvis to rule out the infections. Antibiotics will help in the treatment.

Avoid stress, take a healthy diet of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
