hi this is with rgards to semen analysis, PH - Alkaline viscosity - normal sperm count - 40 million / ml Motility = Active ( 15%) Sluggish Motile ( 40% ), Dead ( 40%c) Normal Forms - 75%, Abnormal - 25 % Types Abnormal Forms - Large Head ( 20% ), Small Head ( 40% ) Large Tail ( 20% ) No Tail ( 5% ) Double Tail ( 5% ) Thick Neck ( 10% ) White Cells : 3-4/ HPF EPITHELIAL CELLS : 4-5/ HPF RBCS - NIL Kindly tell me what does this mean

Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis:
Ph: > 7.2___________________alkaline__normal
Sperm count: 20-150 million/ml____ 40 million/ml___normal
Total motility: > 40%___________15 +40=55____normal
Morphology: > 4%____________75%_________normal
WBC:
Epithelial cell: 10-15/hpf_______________4-5___normal
RBC: absent______________nil____normal

Your semen analysis is completely normal and do not worry.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
Do regular exercise
