The following conclusions can be drawn based on the
semen analysis report you have enclosed.
1.
Total Sperm count of 34 million appears to be fine, provided it is for per ml.
2.
Sperm motility with 50% active is less when compared to normal.
3. Pus cells of 0 to 2 per high power field indicates there is no infection.
However, the report you have enclosed gives limited information. Hence, it is difficult to conclude completely. Based on the motility information it can be stated that fertility index seems to be low.
Kindly take medications containing L-Carnitine,
Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin E, Selenium, Zinc, Inositol and Lecithin for 3 months, which would provide nutrients for sperm production and maturity. You need to repeat semen analysis after 3 months to look for improvement.
