What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hi..sir.... my name is rahul.. i am 26 years old. about 1 year before,i got married but i havenot got son yet.. i went to doctor and he advised me to go for sperm count.. my sperm cou analysis is -volume=4.0ml,,, coll time=10:55 and observation timr=11:15,,,,,,, liquefication tim= 20 mintes,,,,,,,, colour and appearence= greyish white,,,,,,,,,,,, ph=alkaline,,, blodd== no seen,,, acively motile=10%,,,,,,, slyggish motile=10%,,,,,, dead motile=70%,,,,, abnormal sperm count=10%,,,,,,,, epithelial cells=nil,,,,,,,,, pus cells=2-4/hpf,,,,,,, r.b.c.s=nil,,,, total sperm count =15%........ please help me and guide me to find out from this situation ...

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your semen analysis.
Yo have low sperm motility and low sperm count.
Normal sperm
Count::20 – 213 million cells per Ml
Total Motility: 40 – 78%

Sorry to say that it is difficult to become father of child with this sperm parameter.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo routine blood tests, serum testosterone, and USG pelvis an scrotum to find the cause of problem
Drugs like clomiphene citrate, gonadil F, Co Q will help you
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables,
