I m Ranjit. Age 41, I try more than one year to my wife pregnant. but not yet pregnant. I test my semen. Result Oligo astheno Teratozzospermia. Concentrtation 10 million, Motility 10%, Rapid Linear-0%, Slow Linear-4%, Non Progressive-6%, Immotile-90%, Morphology Normal Form-5%, WBC-Few, Agglutation No . What Can i do?

Hi, I think you should go for a semen culture and sensitivity test. You can take some antioxidant and vitamins supplements for 3 months. Repeat a semen test with 3 to 5 days gap in contact. If count and motility is low, then you can go for IUI. Ask your doctor regarding this.
