What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hello sir I had my semen examination.the report is as bellows volume - 2ml color - whitish Liquefaction time - 30 minute total sperm count - 46 million morphology - Few spermatozoa shows swollen heads.active motile - 40% Sluggishly Motile - 30% Non Motile - 30% epithelial cell - 1-2//H.P.F Pus cells - 1-2/H.P.F RBC- nil Bacteria - nil

Hello Welcome to HCM, thanks for posting your query...
I read your question completely and have understood it well.
Your semen parameters are absolutely normal as far as I am concerned.
Counts and Motility are important and Motility Is more important than anything else.
WHO criteria for semen parameters say more than 50% active Motility.
You have 40%, that's fine. Not a major problem.
2ml semen is also absolutely normal.
So there should not be any problem in conceiving in case you are planning to.
I have seen many such cases and having worked for long time in Urology, I can suggest you some things.
1. Be positive framed, you will be able to produce off springs without any harm.
This is most important thing.
Provided your female counter part is normal.
Most infertility cases are due to doubts, depression and anxiety.

2. If possible, take a tablet Carnisure, 500mg twice a day for 3 Months. It'll do wonders.
