I have again done a analysis, please let me know regarding these, My semen analysis shows: Sperm Count = 25 millions/ml, Amount :2ml Appearance :Greyish White Viscosity:raised liquefaction time = 20 mins, Chemical reaction: Reaction = Alkaline, Frustose: Present Microscopic observation:- % motileat 1hr : 50% Grade I: 05 % Grade II: 15% Grade III :25% Grade IV : 55 abnormal Forms: 11 Immature Forms: few Pus cells:Ansent RBC: Absent Epithelial Cells: absent Also my wife is suffering from PCOD,can you please provide proper guidelines which we can follow and achieve the success .
You had repeated semen analysis, so let me know first that 3 days sexual abstinence period was maintained or not. Your semen analysis report is normal. Normally, semen sperm should be at least 20 million per mL and morphology should be at least 4% normal with motility at least 40% and 32% actively motile. So, don't worry regarding semen analysis report.
For PCOS, Metformin is helpful in decreasing insulin resistance if present. Hormonal pill is prescribed, if needed. If your wife’s ovulation is affected then Clomiphene citrate can be given for induction of ovulation. Consult a gynecologist for examination of wife and further work-up accordingly.
