You have not mentioned normal sperm count.
In motility report non motile sperm percentage not written.
The only problem seems to be here is motility affected little.
Because here active motile sperm 20% which normally should be attests 32%.
Excess stress, excess heat exposure, smoking, vitamin and mineral deficiency can be the causative factor.
