Hi,

Your non-motile sperms increased in numbers. There is also the presence of pus cells in semen. So infection is present like in the form of vesiculitis or prostate infection. A course of antibiotic can be prescribed for that.

Then you have to repeat your semen analysis after completing the antibiotic course. You can consult a urologist for examination. If needed urologist will suggest you further tests like ultrasonography and semen culture.
