According to latest WHO guidelines sperm count should > 15 million per ml ...
Motility >40%,
Morphology at least 4% normal...
In your report all normal except motility somewhat defective as it is 35% here....
Fully motile sperm should be usually greater then 25% ....
Here it is slight less.....
But I don't think it will create much problem in conception...
If no conception occurs cause searched for like.....
Stress/excess heat exposure / tight undwear /vitamin and mineral deficiency
/smoking / alcohol etc....
For that you can consult psychiatrist or andrologist...
