What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?

Hello, I have done a semen test and it says my motility is 62 and reference range =40 and Progressive motility 37 reference range =32 and sperm concentration 27.20 (after 3 days of abstinence) units M/ml reference range =15. What does it all mean? Does it mean my fertility is normal? My partner and I are planing to try for a baby in August, so just want to be sure I am all good

Hello,

Male fertility decided by sperm motility, sperm count and sperm morphology. In mentioned history, your sperm motility and count is normal. Your progressive motility also normal which is very important for getting conception. Sperm morphology not mentioned here with in history. So kindly tell me your sperm morphology percentage as well. Normal semen parameters indicate that you are fertile and so don't worry in concern of sperm count and motility.
