What Does This Semen Analysis Report Mean?

Sir my semen test results are 1.8 ml reaction ph8, pus cell 7-8,rbc- nill total count sparm too a 70million/ml. normal 80% out of living abnormal 20%,living 90% dead 10% pin head,long tail short tail,few tail less. dear sir please answer me that is good result or dad results.

I really appreciate your concern, semen quantity is very less better to get it don after the abstinent period of at least 15 days and then you may have correct result of this, although this seems alright, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
