Hi Dr Can u pls help me on my report of Semen Analysis Vol : 3.0 Reaction: Alkaline Viscosity: Viscid Liquefctn time: at 30 min Total count: 54.2 million/ml Active: 40% Sluggish: 20% Non Motile: 40% Normal forms: 50% Abnormal forms: 50% Pus cells: 1-3/hpf RBC: 1-2/hpf Spermatogenic cells: 2-4/hpf Is this analysis perfect as I m trying last 2-3 months with my wife and I m 33 years old

Hi,

The count is a bit below the normal range. Motility of sperms is also less than normal. Morphology of sperm is also not in normal range. You are advised to consult your physician in this regard.
