Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the report of semen analysis you have posted, the following things can be inferred:
1. Volume, pH, color and liquification time is normal.
2. Total count is normal.
3. Sperm morphology seems good with 70% normal forms.
4. Sperm motility is average with 50% rapidly motile and 20% sluggishly motile.
5. There is no evidence of infection.
Hence, it could be concluded that the report is fairly normal with good fertility index, except for motility issue.
You can take medication containing L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, Selenium, Vitamin E and Vitamin C for a month for its improvement.
