What Does This Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi i did my siemen analysis test with interval if 3 days lab values r as under Ph 8 Appearance creamy white Cinsistency thin Volume 2.5ml Motility: Rapid progression....20% Slow progression.....15% Non progressive.......15% Imotile..........................50% Morphology Nirmal 50% Abnirmal50% Count 60million/ml Plz tell me is it normal?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Analyzing your semen analysis report, the following things can be inferred:
1. Physical characteristics like pH, appearance, consistency and volume are normal.
2. Sperm count is also within normal range.
3. Sperm morphology with 50% normal forms is alright.
4. Sperm motility with rapid progression of 20% is lower than normal.
Hence, it can be stated that the fertility index is slightly lower than normal.
You can take following medications namely L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Selenium and Zinc containing tablets/capsules for a month and get analysis done once again to look for the improvement.
