What Does This Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?

hi doctor here we mentioning my semen test.Can you advise is it normal or need to take any medicine? VISCOSITY-NORMAL VOLUME-2.5 LIQUEFACATION-60 REACTION-ALKALINE COLOUR-WHITISH SPERM COUNT-59 ACTIVELY MOTILE-45 SLUGGISHLY MOTILE-30 NON-MOTILE-25 ABNORMAL FORMS-35 PUS-CELLS- 0-2 RED BLOOD CELLS- ABSENT SPERMATOGENIC CELLS- 0-1 SPERM AGGLUTINATION-ABSENT

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis:
volume 2.0 ml or more_______________2.5___normal
Liquefication time: UP TO 30 minutes _________60_____high
Colour: grayish to white________________white___normal
pH 7.2-8.0____________________alakline___normal
sperm count :40 millions or more_____59 ___normal
Total motility: 40 %___________75%______________Normal
morphology: 30% or more with normal forms__35% abnormal___normal
Pus cell: up to 5/hpf______________0-2____NORMAL

All semen parameter are normal except high liquefaction time.

It could be due to prostate infection, UTI or defect in the assessory sexual gland. I advise you to go for semen culture, urine test and USG of pelvis to identify the infection and abnormality after consulting the urologist.
Take high protein diet, anti oxidant rich item: fresh fruits, green leafy vegetable and almonds, do regular exercise like walking and yoga and avoid stress.
