Hi, My husband went through semen analysis and here is the result. Is everything normal ? Can we still have baby ? Volume : 3.4% viscosity : Normal Non - liquefaction : 0% Sperm concentration : 26 * 10 / ml Forward progession : 54% Acitivity : 2+ Round cells : 0-1*10/ml Agglutination 0 % Head Abnormalities Macro : 2% , Micro : 0%, Tapered : 3%, Duplicate : 0% , Amorphous : 86%, Normal head with defects : 0% Tail abnormalities : 7 , Loose heads : 0, midpiece abnormalities : 7 , cytoplasmic droplets :0, PMNs/200 spem cells :0 , RBC/200 sperm cells : 0 , immature germ cells : 0

The results of the semen analysis indicate that the volume, concentration, movement are all normal.

The morphology/shape is abnormal but this may not impact on your ability to conceive.

You may still be able to conceive .
