What Does This Semen Analysis Test Result For Fertility Indicate?

Hello doctor. We are planning a baby for 8 months. I went through semen Analysis. Reports says that sperm count is 24m, Volume is 3ml, pH is 7.2, morphology is 94% normal, Fructose is present, liquefaction is within 30 mins, 20% Active after 30 mins, 80% sluggish after 30 mins, 10% motile after 30 mins, 90% dead after 30 mins. What is your analysis doctor and what u suggest me ??

Your sperm motility is less here , sperm count is normal.

Normal sperm motility should include 32% active motile sperm which is only 20% here ...

Avoid taking stress ...

Hot shower not done ..Avoid tight underwear and cloths...

Hey forte like tablet can be prescribed ...

Smoking, alcohol avoided as they affect motility

Regular follow up needed and repeat semen analysis after month

Consult physician for examination and further work up ...
