General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen analysis.
Sperm count: 15 millions or more__________5_very low
Motility: >40%___________30_________low motility
So you have very little motility with low sperm count. Natural pregnancy is not possible. You should consult the urologist for your problem.
IUI or IVF should be done for pregnancy.
Hope this may help you

Contact the HCM for additional query
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
