What Does This Semen Analysis Test Result Mean?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result you have semen volume of 2.2 ml & sperm concentration was only 2 million per ml. So total sperm count was 4.4 million which is less. As per motility of sperms, 0% of sperms were rapidly progressive motile, 50% of sperms were sluggish progressive & non- motile sperms were 50%. Therefore total motility of sperms was also 50%. As per shape there was 99% sperms with abnormal shape with Head defects in 45% of sperms, Neck and midpiece defects in 32%& Tail defects in 22% of sperms.
There was also presence of occasional precursor cell & occasional white blood cells which are not significant

So all togethar your semen analysis report shows that you are suffering from severe oligospermia or severe reduction of sperm count & majority of sperms with abnormal shape. This should be the reason of infertility problem in you.
