What does the semen analysis report says Total sperm count: 53 million Color: grey white Reaction: alkaline Viscosity: normal Motility: active progressive - 23 Sluggish - 50 Non motile - 27 Morphology: normal - 58 Abnormal - 42 Pus cells - 1-2 Epithelial cells - nil Testicular cells - nil

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your semen analysis report you have sperm count of 58 million per ml, which is normal. As per motility, active progressive sperms are only 23% of sperms, 50% are sluggish mobile & rest 27 % are non-motile or dead. As per morphology 58% sperms are of normal shape & there is increased number of sperms with abnormal shape.
You also have 1-2 pus cells per high power field which are not significant.

All together you semen analysis report shows that you should be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing. There is also increased number of abnormally shaped sperms.
