What Does This Sonogram Report Mean?

Hai i am Vanitha.age 21. I have pros problem. Last menstrual date may 7,2015. I consult doctor. Following details are my sonogram report. Endometrial thickness is 9.4 mm- triple line. Right ovary volume is 14.8cc. Left ovary volume is 15.7cc. Both ad nexus are free. Cervix appears normal. What is the problem in my ovaries. Please give me the complete details.

Both ovaries are normal in overall size. There are no dominant cysts, masses, or abnormal fluid collection seen related to the ovaries. There is minimal thickening of the endometrial tissue which may be due to recent termination or impending onset of menses -- otherwise, the uterus and cervix apparantly showed no other significant findings. The adnexal tissues are also unremarkable. Essentially, the report s negative.
