What Does This Sonogram Test Result For Vagina And Abdomen Indicate For PCOS?

Does this indicate PCOS? I am 26 yo, menstrual cycle is regular + - 2 days. My Pelvic transvaginal and transabdominal sonogram indicates:The right ovary measures 3.7*2.6*3.5 cm 17.9 cc.The left ovary 4.1*2.1*2.6 cm 11.8 cc.A dominant follicle is seen in the right ovary measuring 2.1*1.4*2.0 cm Both ovaries contain a few sub centimeter peripheral follicles. My testosterone level was 44 ng/dL when the lab normal range is 2-45 ng/dL And my testosterone has always been on a higher end but still within normal range.I have periods every 26-30 days, never missed one. No weight gain. Occasional dark hair on my chest, chin and stomach. Removing it with electrolysis. But I had this cosmetically problem since I was 17 y.o.Is it stil PCOS?
